Best Gaming Chair With Speakers

If you really want that fully immersive gaming experience, you need to invest in a gaming chair with speakers. Nothing beats taking to the track in Need For Speed and hearing rubber burning in your surround sound chair. Or parachuting into Verdansk with the wind wheezing through your hair.

But to get that fully immersive experience, it’s important that you get a high-quality chair with high-quality speakers. Don’t forget that the primary objective of your chair needs to be the comfort and that it provides you with enough support to avoid bad posture and muscle pain.

That said, if you are looking for the best gaming chair with speakers, we need to think about the sound system too. After all, who wants to spend their hard-earned cash to have a crackling speak blasting in their ear?

As you read this article, you will discover that the vast majority of the gaming chairs with built-in sound systems are made by X Rocker. They truly dominate the market and so far no other company has achieved the same level of quality audio chairs as these guys have. They connect with almost every device via wireless, and some models are Bluetooth compatible too. You can find out more about X Rocker connectivity here.

After hundreds of hours of research and reviewing over 50 chair’s we have come up with our top 5 best gaming chairs with speakers. Let’s get started.

Best Gaming Chair With Speakers

GT Racing Music Series

GTRACING Music Series

If you are looking for something close to a stereotypical gaming chair, you are sooner or later most likely going to get a GT Racing Music Series. GTRacing is one of the only companies to create what you would expect a gaming chair with speakers to look like.

They utilize a Bluetooth speaker connection that allows you to connect to your computer, phone, or any device that is Bluetooth compatible. And while it can’t connect to your PS4 or Switch straight out of the box, you can get a wireless adapter that will get it hooked up in no time.

As for the sound system, the two rear-mounted speakers provide a surprisingly good quality of sound with a respectable base level, which is impressive considering it doesn’t have a subwoofer. It has a signal range of 5 meters, which is ideal no matter what gaming setup you are rocking.

Because it is a wireless chair, it relies on a battery for its power. Although it takes around 3 hours to fully charge the chair, it does give you about 6 hours of battery life, which is more than enough unless you are planning an all-night campaign.

As well as having a respectable wireless sound system, it’s gaming chair features also hit the mark. For a start, you can get one with or without a footrest, which is a nice touch. It has a 150° back adjustment, which is upgraded to 170° if you go for the footrest version. It also comes standard with a detachable lumbar and neck pillow.

If you have read our article on why gaming chairs cost so much, you will know that you get what you pay for.  And because it’s nowhere near the top end of the price range, expect a few negatives.

The GTRACING series uses a PU Leather upholstery, which isn’t as durable or breathable as the real deal. They also only have 2D armrests, which is a big contrast to high-end chairs like the Secretlab Omega which boasts 4D armrests.

All in all, the GTRACING Music Series is one of the best PC gaming chairs under $200 and the only real choice you have is you are looking for a PC gaming chair with speakers. Check Price

X Rocker 51396 Pro Series

X Rocker 51396 Pro Series

X Rocker is the premier name in gaming chairs with speakers, and they know a thing or two about getting the house rocking. Their high-end models, like the Pro, use a 4 speaker system with a subwoofer planted under your ass. A chair that has you sitting on the subwoofer is a whole other level of immersive, you can feel every blow.

One of the biggest issues I have with this X Rocker (and the others on this list) is that they aren’t the most ergonomic design chair you will find. Okay, so the 51396 Pro does offer more support than other X Rockers on this list, but it still doesn’t allow you to maintain that neutral sitting position we recommend you look for in a gaming chair.

That said, the X Rocker Pro has plenty of features to be desired. It can use a wireless or Bluetooth connection, so can be linked with virtually any console or device. It also comes with RCA cables, just in case you can’t be bothered with setting up a wireless connection. Furthermore, it has the ability to be linked with other X Rocker chairs, so you and your friends can share the immersive gaming experience together. Another really cool feature is the built-in vibration, which adds to that immersive experience.

The 51369 Pro is by far our favorite X Rocker model as it offers solid all-around performance in all areas. It also comes with a very reasonable price tag, which makes it even more attractive.

X Rocker Recliner

X rocker Recliner

If you are looking for a truly luxury gaming experience, it doesn’t get much better than the X Rocker Recliner. Okay, so it’s X Rocker’s most expensive chair and it looks like something you would dig out of a retirement home, but this dark house has some serious redeeming qualities.

For a start, it provides the best ergonomic support you are going to get with an X Rocker. The chair doesn’t leave your body in that prawn position and helps maintain a better posture. It also has endless amounts of filled foam padding and storage space underneath the chair. The Recliner also comes standard with a moveable backrest and a pop-up footrest for unrivaled comfort. Your back will certainly thank you for choosing the Recliner as it’s easily one of the comfiest gaming chairs you will find.

Don’t forget that it serves up a 2.1 serious sound to give you that unbeatable home gaming experience. The subwoofer is mounted on the back which allows you to feel every blow, combined with the built-in vibration takes you to the pinnacle of gaming experiences.

Like everything in life, it does have its downsides. It is no doubt more suited to playing on a console and certainly isn’t the coolest looking gaming chair you will find. Check Price

X Rocker 51259 Pro

X Rocker 51259 Pro

The X Rocker 51259 had to make it into this list because it’s one of X Rockers’ best-selling models ever.

Of course, it uses that awesome 4 speaker sound system and has a back-mounted subwoofer that allows you to feel every blow. In fact, the features are very similar to both the X Rockers that I have mentioned and also connect to almost every device you can think of.

One of the features I really like about this model is its foldable design, which makes it ideal for small rooms. IT also makes it a great choice for a backup chair or one to bring out when your mates are around.

While there are plenty of good things about this chair, there are also a few reasons why I don’t totally love it. Yes, floor rockers, give you the best seat in the house and great view of the TV, but they really aren’t great for your back, especially over a long period of time. That’s because these chairs encourage you to sit in a hunched over, C shape position, which is the complete opposite of a healthy sitting position.

Shiatsu Massage Chair

Shiatsu Massage Gaming Chair

Okay, so this one might not technically be a gaming chair but it’s one of the comfiest chairs with speakers you will find. But who doesn’t need a full body massage after a stressful battle royale?

This chair might be worth more than your car, but if you have the cash to splash, you will be glad you did.
